Pre-Wedding Day: Planning starts months in advance to organize the vendors, details, and logistics of the big day. During this time, we hone in on the look and feel you’re dreaming of and bring it to life. No detail is overlooked and it all comes together with a unique wedding day timeline that is scheduled to the minute!
Day Of: While your setup includes hair, makeup, and getting dressed, ours includes meeting the day-of vendor team, managing decor and venue setup and keeping your wedding party moving in tune to the wedding day timeline. We handle the nitty gritty details so you can focus on enjoying the day with family and friends.
Partial Planning
This package is for the couple that has the majority of their vendors booked, but are looking for help putting it all together and ensuring no detail is overlooked. If you’re looking to self-plan the majority of your big day but want a bit of help along the way, this package is for you.

Full Planning
If planning a wedding seems overwhelming to you, we’re here to make it fun and easy. The Full Planning Package is for the couple who might not know where to start and needs assistance with budget prioritization, vendor selection and all the pretty little details in between. We are there to guide you along the full planning process so you feel confident in your decisions and don’t find yourself second guessing them on the wedding day!
Full Planning Package Includes:
A complimentary consultation
Unlimited contact via phone & email for advice and guidance
10 Planning Meetings to cover everything from budget setting & priorities, to vendor selection and hiring, food and beverage selection, etc.
Planner attendance at venue tours and select vendor meetings
Research and recommendations for all venue and vendors
Review of all vendor contracts, booking management, and all ongoing communication with vendors
Access to essential planning tools and etiquette resources; such as a Planning Checklist, Budget Tool, Guest List & RSVP tracker, preferred vendors list, and more.
Assistance in developing a color scheme, theme and decor ideas - let’s find the right look and feel for your day!

Month of Coordination
Sometimes known as “Day of Coordination,” our Month of Coordination package starts about two months prior to the wedding day. We step in to bring all your hard work and months of planning together. We check your vendor contracts (and then check them again) to make sure they are perfect, dig into the little details to make sure your vision comes to life, and put your mind at ease by reminding you of any details that may have been overlooked.

Three (3) Planning Meetings
Two (2) Vendor / Client / Planner Meetings
Vendor communication management begins immediately after the onboarding meeting. We review the arrangements & contracts, confirm delivery & arrival times, and share the wedding day timeline.
